General

What is Wild Craft Club?

Wild Craft Club is a nature-inspired creative community offering workshops, pop-up events, monthly mandala gatherings, seasonal art camps for kids, weekend retreats for adults, and private events across the greater Sacramento area and Northern California. Founded by Nikki Solone, with love and partnership from Gina Flaharty, and sparked into existence by their daughter Vidilia — a born maker and the heart of everything we do.

Where are you located?

Wild Craft Club doesn't live in one place — and that's intentional. We pop up at vineyards, breweries, coffee shops, farmers markets, outdoor nature settings, and our home studio across the greater Sacramento area and Northern California. Follow us on Instagram or join our list to always know where we'll be next.

How do I stay informed about upcoming events?

The best way is to join our email list and follow us on Instagram. You'll get first access to workshop tickets, camp registration, retreat spots, and updates on the Wild Craft Bus before anything goes public.

Do you offer gift cards or gift experiences?

Not yet — but it's coming. Join our list and you'll be the first to know when gifting becomes available. In the meantime, reach out directly and we'll see what we can work out.

Do you have a waitlist?

We don't have a formal waitlist yet but joining our email list is the next best thing. You'll get first access to every new session, camp, retreat, and event before anything goes public — which means you'll rarely miss out.

Workshops & Pop-Ups

Do I need any experience?

Not even a little. Our workshops are designed for all skill levels and all kinds of makers. If you're curious and willing to get your hands a little dirty, you're ready.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. All materials and supplies are provided. We'll let you know in advance if there's anything specific to wear or bring for a particular session.

How do I register or buy tickets?

Tickets are available per session and announced via our email list and Instagram. When a session is announced, a link to register will be included. Spots are limited so joining our list is the best way to get first access. â€‹

Mandala LaLas

Where do gatherings take place?

We partner with local coffee houses and outdoor spaces to host our Mandala LaLas. Locations are announced via our email list ahead of each gathering. Our first one is coming soon — join our list to find out where.

Are they really free?

Yes. Mandala LaLas are free or by suggested donation. We believe creativity and community should be accessible to everyone.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely. Mandala LaLas are open to all ages. All are welcome.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself. All materials are provided and we have a local coffee roaster on site to take care of the rest. If you have a drum and feel called to bring it, please do — it adds something special to the morning. Otherwise come empty handed and ready to make something.

How long does a gathering last?

Mandala LaLas run about two hours — long enough to settle in, make something, and connect with the people around you. Unhurried by design. Come when you can, stay as long as feels right.

What if I've never made a mandala before?

That's most people. There's no right way to make a nature mandala — you simply arrange what you find into something that feels good to you. We'll guide you gently and the materials do most of the work. You'll surprise yourself.

Seasonal Art Camps

What ages are camps for?

Our seasonal art camps are designed for kids ages 6–12.

What does a typical camp day look like?

Every day has its own gentle rhythm. Campers arrive, settle in, and head outside to forage and gather whatever the season has laid out for us. We create together — sometimes quietly, sometimes messily, always freely. We share what we've made, talk about what we noticed, and end each session feeling full in the best possible way. No rushing. No right answers. Just making.

What should my child bring?

Comfortable clothes they don't mind getting creative in, closed toe shoes suitable for being outside, a water bottle, and a snack. All art materials and supplies are provided.

How do I register?

Camp registration opens seasonally. Join our email list to be notified when spots become available and to get first access before we open to the public.

Our first camp is coming soon. Join our list to be notified the moment registration opens.

Wild Craft Retreats

What's included in a retreat?

Each Wild Craft Retreat includes all art materials and supplies, guided instruction from Nikki, curated wine or craft beer pairings, good coffee, acoustic music, and access to the natural setting for foraging and inspiration throughout the weekend. Accommodation recommendations are provided for each location.

Where do retreats take place?

Retreats are held at carefully chosen wineries, breweries, and stunning outdoor locations across Northern California. Each location is selected for its beauty, its atmosphere, and its ability to make you feel like the world has gotten a little quieter and a little more beautiful.

How do I book?

Retreat dates and locations are announced via our email list first. Each retreat welcomes just 8–12 guests so spots go fast. Join our list to get first access.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes suitable for being outdoors, layers for changing weather, and an open heart. We'll send a full packing and preparation guide to all registered guests ahead of each retreat.

Private Events

What kinds of private events do you offer?

We create custom nature-inspired creative experiences for all kinds of gatherings — birthday parties, bachelorette parties, team building events, family celebrations, corporate events, and more. If you can dream it up, we can probably make it wild.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and enough time to create a truly special experience for your group.

How do I get a quote?

Get in touch through our contact page and tell us about your event — the occasion, your group size, your ideal location, and any ideas you have. We'll take it from there.

Crafty Hour

What is Crafty Hour?

Crafty Hour is a Wild Craft Club pop-up at local restaurants, breweries, and neighborhood spots across Northern California with the right kind of energy. The kids make something. You have a drink. Everyone leaves happy. It's our way of making a night out work for the whole family.

Do I need to buy a ticket?

Yes — spots are limited and your first drink is included in the ticket price, so we need to know you're coming. Details on how to register will be shared when dates are announced. Join our list to hear first.

Can I really bring my kids?

That's kind of the whole point. Crafty Hour is designed for families — kids make something at the table while parents relax, have a drink, and actually enjoy themselves. All ages welcome.

Is it really just of families or can I come alone?

Crafty Hour is designed with families in mind but absolutely open to anyone who wants to show up, make something, and have a drink in good company. The more the merrier.

What will kids be making?

Something nature-inspired and hands-on — it changes with each session and the season. Think clay, found objects, botanical prints, and whatever else we dream up. No experience needed.

How do I find out when the next one is?

Join our list and you'll be the first to know when dates and locations are announced.

The Wild Craft Bus

What is the Wild Craft Bus?

The Wild Craft Bus is a carefully converted school bus that will serve as a roaming creative studio and gathering space — popping up at vineyards, breweries, farmers markets, nature preserves, and carefully chosen outdoor locations across the greater Sacramento area and beyond. It will host workshops, pop-up events, and eventually become part of the Wild Craft Retreat experience.

When will it launch?

We are currently searching for the right bus. When we find it, the conversion begins — and we'll be documenting every step of the journey in real time. We can't wait.

How can I follow along?

Join our email list and follow us on Instagram. We'll be sharing updates on the bus search, the conversion, and the launch as it all unfolds. You won't want to miss it.
